Should be easy. Uninstall the BAe, reboot your system, terminate *all* running programs (including those in the taskbar tray) and then reinstall the BAe.

You could try opening a shell window and run this command:

regsrv32 dwshk36.ocx

Please let me know if the works.

Which operating system do you use? The DW36SHK.ocx should be in Windows\System32 (for Windows XP)

So you have the OCX in your windows folder but regsvr32 (sorry for the missing '32') still tells you that it can't load the module...

This Spyworks stuff (it's NOT spyware, don't worry: http://www.vbxtras.com/products/spyworks.asp) contains three files:

- DWSBC36.OCX
- DWSHK36.OCX
- DWSPY36.DLL

Please check if those are all in your windows\system32 folder.

Yes, I think some other program might have deleted those files. They're often mistaken for spyware due to their names - that might be a reason.

I too have had this exact same problem with this file not being found and unable to use the FMC in the Bae.

I tried here http://www.vbxtras.com/products/spyworks.asp and apparently i have to pay for the privliage :(

i tried the regsv32 routine etc to no avail... the file IS in the system32 folder, cant register it/activate or generly short of throwing my PC out the window :(

I have:
-DWSBC36.OCX
- DWSHK36.OCX

BUT not this one
- DWSPY36.DLL
